The company operates a fully-integrated real estate business organized under three teams -- development, construction and brokerage -- which act independently or in concert, based upon the project or client requirements. Our development team pursues acquisition and development opportunities in California. We seek to achieve excellent returns for our investors by locating prime development prospects and producing a project that will maximize value. Our business is vertically integrated to perform all steps of a project and maximize returns. As a real estate broker we identify properties with development potential and process the acquisition. Our legal counsel obtains the required entitlements, environmental compliance, and permits from public authorities. As a general contractor we work with architects in the project planning and design phase to value engineer the development, and construct the project. As a real estate broker we market and sell or lease the finished product.

Our construction team is focused on residential and commercial projects with construction budgets in the range of $1 million to $40 million. Our construction team supports our own development projects, as well as providing construction and management for independent client projects. We welcome the opportunity to work with clients and architects in the planning stages to value engineer the plans to provide maximum value per construction dollar.

Our brokerage team supports our development projects, and works with individual clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial property. We are uniquely qualified to help clients locate and analyze residential and income properties they plan to remodel, refurbish, or tear down and replace with new construction. Our deep knowledge and experience in this area helps our clients obtain the maximum value for their dollar and peace of mind regarding their future plans.
